What if the city I am looking for is not listed on Secret Voyage?
Since you will only be charged for the questions that you have received answers to, there is no penalty for submitting a question to a Travel Guide in a closed location. We may not have a Travel Guide in the city you are traveling to, but our Travel Guides in other cities may have the information you are looking for.

How can I be sure the information I receive is legitimate?

The lowest rated Travel Guides are removed from the network regularly in efforts to maintain the information you receive as up-to-date and interesting as possible.
Thus, a chain of quality is created.
Therefore, do not forget to evaluate the quality of the answers you receive.
What happens if I do not receive an answer?
You will only be charged if you receive an appropriate answer to your question.
